Thanks to the trial and error of pioneers over the generations, Cape Margaret is able to secure fruit from the region’s very best sites. We pride ourselves on delivering the unique essence of Margaret River in each and every bottle of Cape Margaret Wine.
Our mantra as custodians of the land is to ensure that our graft aids the generations that follow in their quest to produce wines that can be enjoyed with family and Friends.
The Palate shows impressive balance and weight with a true persistence of flavor only found in wines with perfect oak, tannin and fruit integration.
The bouquet offers a concentrated fruit profıle of mulberry, blackcurrant and dark cherries. The masterful use of French oak lays the foundation for earthy wild fıeld mushroom and black olive complexities. Forest fruits are enhanced by classic Margaret River mint and tobacco leaf notes.
Semillon Sauvigon Blanc
Inspired by the great whites of Bordeaux, the aromas of this perfect blend typify the style offering citrus, lemon grass and honeydew melon notes.
The wine delights the mouth with a burst of fruit that rolls through the palate with fınesse, showing a multi layered texture that can only be derived from a fıne blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. A hint of youthful acidity delicately cleanses the palate on the fınish.
